About the Provider

Middletown Veterinary Hospital is a full-service medical and surgical animal hospital. We have a spacious reception area, four comfortable exam rooms, an operating room, pharmacy, and three separate wards. Laboratory, radiology, ultrasound, and telemedicine services are all provided in-hospital.

Every day we will offer clients and patients our best care and services. Tomorrow, we will be more knowledgeable and helpful than we are today.
